UX/UI design

Design & user experience

Interfaces that explain themselves: visitors quickly find what they are looking for, and your presence feels consistent on every device.

What it is about

Good design is design nobody has to think about. Anyone opening your website or app should instantly understand where to go – whether they want to book, compare offers or call you.

That is why I start with the people who use your offer, not with colours: what do they want to get done, where do they hesitate today? The result is a clickable prototype that you and selected test users try out before a single line of code exists. At this stage, changes take minutes instead of days.

You end up with a visual identity with clear rules for type, colour and components – so future pages look as if they had always been there.

What is included

  • Clickable prototypes before building
  • Tests with your audience
  • Consistent visual identity
  • Review of existing interfaces

How I work

  1. Understand what users need
  2. Sketch the page structure
  3. Define the visual design
  4. Test a clickable prototype

Who it is for

  • Businesses whose website exists but rarely brings enquiries
  • Teams planning an app or customer portal who want to be sure it will be understood
  • Founders who need a professional first impression
  • Agencies and development teams looking for support with concept and design

Frequently asked questions

What is a clickable prototype?

A preview of your website or app that can be clicked through like the finished product – just without any programming behind it. You and your customers try out the flows and give feedback before development costs arise.

Is this worth it for a small website?

Yes, at the right scale. For a small website, a compact draft of the key pages is often enough. We clarify how much concept work makes sense in the intro call.

How do you test with users?

People from your target group complete typical tasks in the prototype, such as booking an appointment. In my experience, just a few tests reveal most stumbling blocks.

Can you work with my existing logo and colours?

Of course. If there is no brand yet, I develop it with you – as for Paquita Pilates, from logo to website.
