Improve what exists

Relaunch & modernisation

Is your website slow, hard to use, technically outdated or not accessible? I review what you have, point out the most important issues and fix them step by step – without necessarily rebuilding everything.

What it is about

Not every website needs a rebuild. Often a few issues drive visitors away: slow loading, confusing navigation, text that is hard to read on a phone, or technology that no longer receives updates.

I review your website for speed, usability, accessibility and search visibility and summarise the results clearly: what is urgent, what is worth it, what can wait. Since 28 June 2025, the European Accessibility Act – in Germany the BFSG – applies to certain online services for consumers, such as online shops and booking flows. I show you whether and how it affects you.

Then you decide: targeted improvements or a fresh start. I deliver both and compare before and after at the end.

Frequently asked questions

Does my website have to be accessible?

That depends on your offer: the law mainly covers consumer services such as online shops or bookings; micro-enterprises are exempt for services. Regardless of the obligation, an accessible website reaches more people. I show you what applies to your website – this does not replace legal advice.

What do I get from a review?

A clear overview of the most important issues with priorities – not a hundred-page list. On request, I implement the improvements right away.

Rebuild or improve?

We decide based on the review. If the technology is solid, targeted improvements pay off; if it is outdated, a rebuild is often cheaper than constant patching.

Will a relaunch cost me my Google rankings?

Not if it is planned carefully: existing addresses are redirected, content is carried over or improved, and the switch is monitored in Google Search Console.
