Services

What moves your business forward.

From your first website to online booking and care after launch: design and technology from one source – always focused on who uses your site and what they want to get done.

Interfaces that explain themselves: visitors quickly find what they are looking for, and your presence feels consistent on every device.

  • Clickable prototypes before building
  • Tests with your audience
  • Consistent visual identity
  • Review of existing interfaces

How I work:

  1. Understand what users need
  2. Sketch the page structure
  3. Define the visual design
  4. Test a clickable prototype

A website that shows what you stand for and turns visitors into enquiries – fast, accessible, easy to find on Google and easy to maintain.

  • Company websites
  • Landing pages
  • Local search visibility (SEO)
  • Accessibility to WCAG

How I work:

  1. Organise messages & content
  2. Define type & imagery
  3. Build for every screen size
  4. Check speed & findability

Online booking, customer areas and internal tools that replace phone calls, spreadsheets and manual work – tailored to how you work, not the other way round.

  • Online booking & class scheduling
  • Customer and member areas
  • Apps for smartphones
  • Integration with existing systems

How I work:

  1. Map workflows & interfaces
  2. Plan data & user journeys
  3. Build step by step
  4. Test & go live

Is your website slow, hard to use, technically outdated or not accessible? I review what you have, point out the most important issues and fix them step by step – without necessarily rebuilding everything.

  • Speed analysis
  • Accessibility & EAA
  • Technical overhaul
  • Search visibility (SEO)

How I work:

  1. Check speed & technology
  2. Test accessibility
  3. Fix bottlenecks
  4. Compare before and after

After launch, I keep looking after things: secure hosting in Germany, updates, backups and small changes – so your website stays fast, safe and up to date.

  • Hosting in Germany
  • Updates & security
  • Backups
  • Changes on request

How I work:

  1. Host securely in Germany
  2. Protect against attacks
  3. Keep it up to date
  4. Keep an eye on speed

Beyond that: interactive prototypes as well as 3D and Unity applications – just ask.

Process

How a project comes together.

Four steps from your first message to launch – with clear check-ins between each stage and one point of contact from start to finish.

  1. Getting to know you

You briefly describe your project. I reply by email and we clarify goals, audience and scope in an intro call.

  2. Concept & quote

I outline structure and content and suggest a suitable scope. Based on that, you receive a quote.

  3. Design & build

I design and develop in stages and agree on each milestone with you before moving on.

  4. Launch & handover

After testing together, everything goes live. You receive all access details, the website belongs entirely to you – and on request I take care of hosting and updates afterwards.

What drives the effort

  • Scope: number of pages and amount of content
  • Whether copy and images already exist
  • Features such as online booking, forms or a customer area
  • Connections to existing systems
  • Your preferred timeline

After our first conversation, you receive a quote tailored to your project.

About me

Your point of contact from day one.

Behind mindcoded.studio is me, Moritz Fieler – UX designer and front-end developer in Stuttgart, Germany. You talk to me from the first conversation until after launch, in person or by video.

Portrait of Moritz Fieler

Moritz Fieler

Freelance UX designer & front-end developer

Several years of UX design at Mercedes-Benz – from the MBUX infotainment system to connected e-mobility – after studying Mobile Media at Stuttgart Media University. Today I bring that experience to projects for businesses in the region: understand people, reduce complexity, test results with users.

Why work with me

  • One point of contact

You talk to me from the first conversation until after launch – no hand-offs, no lost messages.

  • Design and code from one source

What I design, I build myself. Nothing gets lost between agency and developers.

  • Tested, not guessed

I test designs with people from your target group before serious money goes into building.

  • Accessible and privacy-friendly

Websites to WCAG standards, hosted in Germany – and without cookie banners where none are needed.
